Jimmy recently set up a brand new blog - his first one.

You’re not going to believe this, but when he announced it to his list… the traffic from everyone clamoring to read it actually overloaded the server.

Now, were NOT talking about a big, organized product launch. It’s just one little email about a new blog. Crazy. Crazy. Crazy.

Minutes after he sent the email blast to announce the blog to his lists, I couldn’t log into email. I was like “What the heck?!” so I checked a few of his sites, and they were all down. So, I did what I’d normally do and sent him a text on his cell phone.

He texted me back “Working on it.”

Later the server was back up and he told me what had happened.

In all my years online… I’d never heard of such a thing.

This is just Jimmy, sitting at home, typing out one email, sending it out and then going on with his day, until KABLOOEY!
