New Brandable: 5 Steps to Get Started with Affiliate Marketing

Sunday, August 2nd, 2009

Hi! I’m working on a series of brandable reports for you.

These reports are all written by me, are loaded with opportunities to generate commissions, and are repurposed content from my
Blog World Tour that I’m doing this summer.

If you’re not familiar with my blog tour, check out
Nicole’s Summer Blog Tour

Good free training from me, plus it’s pretty fun stuff.

Well, the first brandable report is ready. It’s called “A Beginner’s Guide to Making Money with Affiliate Programs”. It shows newbies how to get a blog up and running in five steps.

Of course, the reason why this report works is that it hinges on Jimmy’s brilliant “Useful but Incomplete” strategy. The report
offers very useful information, but is incomplete in that there is much much more to getting started with affiliate marketing - and, more importantly being successful with affiliate marketing than the five steps in the report.

Inside the report, I’ve included recommendations for Affiliatenaire.com (you’ll replace those links with your affiliate link for Affiliatenaire.com). There are a few other affiliate recommendations that you can replace if you have time and inclination to do so, or you can leave them as they are, since the main promo in the report is for Affiliatenaire.com.

Read it here.

Give away this report … profit in TEN ways!

Tuesday, May 12th, 2009

Jimmy never ceases to amaze me.

The other day, he sent me a Word Doc and said “new Brandable with a twist”. Of course, I started to get excited. Any time Jimmy D. Brown says “with a twist” — I know it’s going to be good. (You
know what I’m saying?)

So, I opened it and started enjoying it right away.

The title? “10 Proven Ways to Make at Least 10K per Month”.

Go ahead and read it here:
10 Ways to 10K (pdf file)

As I read, I saw where he was going with it… 10 different products are recommended — one for each money-making idea.

Would you like to brand this new report and earn from over 10 different programs?

I thought so. Here’s the info:
Customization Instructions for Report

Heads up: I am using the newest version of Viral PDF so this version is a touch different. There is only one file to open instead of two. I think it’ll be easier for you to brand our docs from here on out.

Of course, if you have a Mac or any other issues - you know where to find me. ;) (Be sure to send me your clickbank ID in ALL mailings.)

Brandable Report Just Added.

Friday, April 17th, 2009

Hi all. Nicole here. Many of you have been promoting the PLR Secrets Report for the last year. It’s one of our most popular.

Well, I recently asked my friend, Ronnie, to help me “niche it up” for Life Coaches, Speakers, Authors, and Self-Help Webmasters.

The result? A new version that you can brand and begin passing around if it’s a better fit for your readers.

Here you go…

"PRIVATE LABEL RIGHTS (PLR) SECRETS FOR:
LIFE COACHES, SPEAKERS, AND SELF-HELP WEBMASTERS"

Full Details Here –> click here

There’s a surprise on that page… the pdf has VIDEO in it. My friend, Paul, is launching a cool service very soon that’ll blow your MIND.

Let me know what you think!

Warmly,
Nicole

The Top 3 Money-Making “To Do” Activities
By Jimmy D. Brown
http://www.HomepreneurHabits.com

I’ve always been impressed with those who can take overwhelming things and handle them with ease and poise. It never seemed
to work that way for me, until I discovered the secret for tackling those daunting tasks.

The secret is simple: make things simple!

With just about every major undertaking, things can be simplified into a handful of “core” components. That makes them manageable. Manageable fosters productivity simply because I can work on something that seems accomplishable. And when productivity goes up, desired results come.

I received the following question from one of my clients…

“If you have to pick, what would you say are the top 2 or 3 things we should concentrate on? I’ve heard the domain/site(blog) are the most important, then others say writing info products, others say lists. For short term and long term investment, what is the most important things to
be working on?”

This client wants things simplified. And rightly so. He knows the secret to success is getting things down into manageable
chunks.

So, what are these core practices for building an internet business? There are three things - and three things only - that you need to concentrate on with your business…

1. Offer Development.

You cannot make money online unless you have an OFFER. It’s that simple. Unless there is some way for income to be generated, you can’t get paid. End of discussion. Every business is founded upon a revenue-generating offer. Now, this can either be your own offer (small reports, ebooks, membership sites, coaching/consulting, advertising, etc.) or something you promote as an affiliate and earn revenue for referred sales.

2. List Marketing.

The fortune is in the list. You’ve heard it an untold number of times in the past, right? Building and profiting from opt-in lists should be a major priority on your schedule. You need to devote yourself to attracting new subscribers and then getting all of your subscribers to spend money with you … by purchasing your OFFERS (see #1 above).

3. Traffic.

The third and final thing you need to concentrate on is “traffic”. This includes both traffic GENERATION (getting visitors to a site)
and traffic CONVERSION (getting that traffic to buy). This includes things like: starting an affiliate program, buying PPC ads, participating in joint ventures, utilizing viral marketing tools, raising your visitor value, tweaking your sales pages, etc.

With each of these categories, you have a variety of options to choose from in directing your attention. It would be foolish for me to say “grow your affiliate program” as your number # traffic activity since I don’t know if you even have your own product to sell. That’s why I don’t recommend specific activities, but rather three key categories of business-building.

With each of these categories, find 2-3 activities to work on each week and you should see results in a short amount of time.

I recommend you work on offer development every Monday, list marketing every Tuesday, and traffic generation every Wednesday. If you just spend a couple hours each of these days working on these core parts of your business, sales should come.

In a nutshell -

• Find an offer to promote.
• Setup a list to promote the offer.
• Drive traffic to the list opt-in page.

Keep it simple. Keep it successful.

How To Create A “Buyers Only” List
By Jimmy D. Brown, http://PLRSO.com

Content is king. It gets to wear the crown. And sit on the throne. And rule the world. When it comes to establishing credibility, gaining trust and producing sales, content is royalty.

While I would never suggest abandoning the concept of delivering high quality content to your subscribers, there is another type of list composed of subscribers who couldn’t care less about content.

“What is this type of list?” you ask.

- > The “announcement list”.

I’ve been teaching about the “announcement” list since at least 2002 (on record at an event). And, yet, it’s a widely untapped asset in most email marketing circles.

The main reason is: nobody’s teaching it. And so, nobody knows anything about it, let alone how to effectively create one of these lists.

So, we’re going to revisit it.

——————————————————-
What Is An “Announcement” List?
——————————————————-

DEFINED: An announcement list is a list whose sole purpose is to “announce” (I.E. Inform, notify) when something new is available for review, consumption or purchase.

In other words, it unapologetically says, “Hey, I just released XYZ. Come check it out!”

Now, at first glance you may be thinking, “Who would join a list that offers no content and only sales pitch?”

If you say it that way, it doesn’t sound too good to me either! That’s why you don’t say it that way. Let’s take a look at HOW to “say it”…

——————————————————-
How About An Example “Announcement” List?
——————————————————-

If you go to this site:
http://PLRSO.com you’ll find a textbook example of this concept. PLRSO stands for “Private Label Rights Special Offers” I established this list for the sole purpose of informing people anytime I have a new PLR offer available for them to buy.

That’s it.

I don’t send out ezine articles to them. No newsletters. They don’t get blog posts. There aren’t any special reports. No content of any kind. What they get, in essence, are sales messages.

And there are already 2,822 subscribers, many of which have already purchased some of the PLR special offers that have been “announced” to the list.

Why does it work? Let me give you plenty of reasons…

1. I took something that was “in-demand” (PLR) and I allow people to get a head-start on the world by knowing about new releases FIRST by joining this list.

2. It’s not billed as an “announcement list”, but rather a “Free PLR Club”. Big, big difference in perception.

3. It has it’s own domain name, further adding to the perceived value and importance to those who join.

4. There is no requirement to buy once you join. Buy the offers that you want, pass on the ones you don’t want.

5. A cost example is provided to show what you can buy immediately, further illustrating the value of the complimentary “membership”.

And here’s the big twist that makes this idea of creating an “announcement” list a complete no-brainer…

I allow my affiliates to “give away” no cost memberships to the PLRSO club!

When someone they refer buys one of the offers, they earn a commission. And I get other people to promote and build my list for me. We all win.

So, you may be thinking…

——————————————————-
What Kind Of “Announcement” List can I Build?
——————————————————-

There are a wide variety of “announcement” lists that you can build. Let’s briefly look at ten of them…

* PLR List. You can swipe my idea and create a list of private label rights buyers.

* New Offers List. Build a list of people who love your work and want to be notified any time you have a new
offer available.

* Pre-Launch List. Create buzz and anticipation for an upcoming new product release by building a pre-launch list several weeks (even months) in advance.

* Ezine Publishers List. Build a list of publishers who want to know any time you have a new ezine article that is available for reprint in their ezines.

* Bloggers List. Another idea is to allow bloggers who are looking for ready-made content to post to their blogs.

* Industry News List. How about becoming the “go to” guy or gal to share breaking news about your industry?

* Joint Venture List. Develop a list of partners and affiliates who are ready to promote anytime you have a new offer.

* Incentives List. Here’s a great idea - create a list of people who you offer “incentives” to when they purchase someone else’s new product through YOUR affiliate link.

* Freebie List. Regularly give away rebrandable content (reports, articles, videos, etc.) to these subscribers to earn commissions.

While all ten of these lists aren’t necessarily “buyers” up front, they each can certainly lead to buyers and revenue for you if you implement them.

Content is king. But let’s not forget that there are alot of queens, princes, dukes and earls out there too.

A Prewritten Ecourse Just for You!

Friday, June 29th, 2007

You asked for it. You got it.

I’ve been getting requests for a prewritten ecourse or series of emails that you can use to build YOUR list and promote the products in InfoProfitShare.com. Yep. Jimmy’s pretty cool, isn’t he?

So, here’s what we’ve done. We took one of Jimmy’s PAID courses (21 Inbox Tips For Increasing Your Profit) and turned it into an autoresponder series. We batted it back and forth a bit until we figured out how it would work best for you.

Here’s what we came up with.

In each of the 21 Tips/emails, there is an intro (from you), a tip (from Jimmy), and a closing (from you).

You can edit and personalize the intro and the closing and even swap out some of the product recommendations with other of Jimmy’s products. HOWEVER, what you may not do is pretty obvious. You may not edit Jimmy’s words, claim them as your own, or promote anyone else’s products in these 21 tips. AND, of course, you can not spam. I think that’s fair. Don’t you?

There are two ways to get these tips into your autoresponder:
1. If you have an existing autoresponder sequence that you’d like to add them to, just open this file and add the messages.

2. If you use aweber.com (the autoresponder that Jimmy and I use) and you’re starting a new list, you can load the campaign in directly from my account. Just watch the video below for instructions.

WARNING/ABSOLUTELY READ!!!! — Only apply the campaign-sharing information in this video to a new list. If you enter the campaign-sharing code into an existing autoresponder, it’ll OVER-WRITE that follow-up series.

If you plan to add these to an existing list, you’ll need to enter the follow-up sequence manually using the .txt files we’ve loaded at the site.

The campaign sharing code you’ll enter INTO A NEW LIST ONLY is: jdb-21tips-8f053

And, it gets better. we’ve also turned the sales page that Jimmy had been using to sell this product into a template for you. So, if you are handy with websites, just load it in and customize it. (You can view the page here) Pull it directly from the site or you’ll also find it in the zip file.

If you have any questions at all, please contact me at nicole@infoprofitshare.com

If you need more detailed instructions, you can find them here.
