Our goal for this first affiliate contest was to demonstrate to you just how well the SmallReportsFortune.com course is being received (and how well it converts). Many of you went from being inactive affiliates (ie. zero sales) to 10 or more sales in only two weeks!

If you do the math, 10 sales translates to well over $400 in commission for you. (Many of you had over 5 sales and will receive over $200 in commission.) Nice job, everyone!

If you are new to internet marketing, please do not let the information we’ve provided cause you to be frozen into inaction. There is no ONE right way to proceed. Some people start with a link in their signature lines in their forum posts. Others start with a free blogger blog (sign up at blogger.com) or a squidoo page (see
blog post ) until they figure this all out. Take your first steps now, and make your mistakes now, and have some success now. I’m cheering you on!

I posted on the blog about the potential of SmallReportsFortune outside the realm of Internet Marketing. Our market for this product extends far beyond the usual Internet Marketing crowd (although we’re a hit there, too). Think about it. Who do you know that is an expert or authority in something. Know any avid bird watchers? Do you think they might be able to put together a small report on the topic? Of course. What about a physical therapist, pediatrician, or a really good cook? Definitely. And, no, I’m not about to ask you to harass your family and friends - just to open your mind to the possibilities with this product. Search for forums and message boards or advertising in different niches. Here are sample signature files or ads you can use…

* Homes - Buying, Selling, Decorating, etc.
